Faster Ajax Services activation with corporate card billing for companies

Imagine a large security company where dozens of installation engineers work on client sites, activating services during installation. Each time, they have to manually enter bank card details.

These repetitive steps are no longer necessary. Ajax Systems introduces a new payment model that allows installers to activate Ajax Services with just a few taps using a single corporate card added to the company account.

How the new billing works

Previously, installation and monitoring companies either had to involve a distributor in the process and pay for services afterward, or have employees use their own Ajax PRO accounts and manually enter bank card details for every activation. Now, the company owner can add a single corporate bank card to the company account.

Once the card is added, all activations are automatically charged to this card. Installers can use a single company account to activate services. All payments remain centralized and traceable, while subscriptions are managed and consolidated under a single account.

Corporate card billing is currently available only for activating Ajax SIM and Ajax Cloud Storage services.

Service activation via a corporate card is available to employees with specific roles. In the mobile Ajax PRO app, this includes Installer and Head of installers, while in Ajax PRO Desktop, it also applies to Senior Ajax services manager and Ajax services manager.
