Ajax hubs
Control panels for smart security systems
Protection against any threat
An Ajax hub is a central unit for system devices that instantly alerts users and a security company about alarms. Ajax Systems engineers completely redesigned the control panel for security systems: hubs do not have built-in keyboards; system control and configuration can be done through Ajax mobile and desktop apps. Wired and wireless technologies are combined to build complex protection regardless of facility size and obstructions, whether steel or concrete. Up to 4 communication channels ensure stable connection despite interference or blackout. Users can create up to 64 automation scenarios to minimize routine actions and counter potential threats.

Always online via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular
Ajax hubs can be connected to up to 4 different internet providers at a time via an Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi, and 2G/3G/4G (LTE) SIM cards1. All of them work in parallel. Automatic switching between providers takes seconds, ensuring the device stays online despite sudden connectivity issues. Ajax apps display the status of each communication channel and SIM traffic consumption. The apps also notify of the loss and restoration of the connection between the hub and the Ajax Cloud server.
Backed up by significant autonomy
Ajax hubs are equipped with a built-in backup rechargeable battery or can be connected to third-party batteries, providing up to 200 hours of autonomous operation2 without being connected to the power grid. Wireless Ajax devices operate on pre-installed batteries, and the hub powers wired devices, so there is no need for an additional power supply. The hub can also be connected to a low-voltage power supply or portable battery with an Ajax PSU — an alternative power supply unit that can extend the hub’s autonomous operation for weeks, months, or even years.
Progress in the core
All Ajax hubs run on OS Malevich, a real-time operating system developed by Ajax Systems. The system is immune to viruses, protected from cyber-attacks, and extremely reliable. OS Malevich regularly updates3 to enhance the hubs’ stability, optimize performance, introduce new features, and provide higher security. The hardware configuration allows Ajax hubs to evolve and remain relevant for years.
Depends on the hub model.

Ajax product categories
In an Ajax system, you can combine devices of all product categories: Intrusion protection (both Superior and Baseline), Video surveillance, Fire and life safety, or Comfort and automation. Create the system to suit your needs and manage it in a single interface.
