HomeSiren Jeweller is a smart indoor device that does more than alerting alarms. It can also serve as a security status indicator, notify of door openings, and display delays when entering or leaving and after-alarm. The device operates autonomously on pre-installed batteries for up to 5 years and uses wireless Jeweller radio protocol to communicate with a hub or range extender at a distance1 of up to 6,500 ft. Informs about any alert
The siren deters intruders and notifies of fire detection, water leaks, and other alarms. An installer can set up the detector that triggers the sound and LED indication.
Indicates the delays
HomeSiren Jeweller can be set to indicate a delay when entering or leaving. If the feature is on, the built-in LED and sound remind a user that the system needs to be disarmed.
Displays a security mode
The siren’s LED indicator can turn on to show that the system is armed or that the security mode has changed or be always on to avoid unwanted tracking. Also, sound indication and third-party LEDs can be used.
Notifies of door opening
HomeSiren Jeweller can make a special sound to indicate that the opening detector’s sensors are triggered when the system is disarmed. It is a Chimes feature, and it is perfect for stores. Employees will immediately know about new visitors.
Signals the after-alarms
Once active, the siren’s LED indicator shows confirmed and unconfirmed alarms and lid openings.

Wire-free flexibility and reliable performance
Baseline devices operate without any wires and offer maximum flexibility during installation. The pre-installed CR123A batteries from proven manufacturers ensure hassle-free setup and require no additional steps to start operating the devices. After the batteries are tested in real-time at the production stage, Ajax Systems inspects every unit to ensure the accuracy of the battery characteristics. The batteries are easy to replace after approximately 5 years of autonomous operation. Users and security companies can always check the battery status via Ajax apps and anticipate maintenance thanks to early low-battery warnings.

An Ajax system uses two-way secure radio communication based on the Jeweller proprietary protocol. It provides block cipher encryption and device authentication at each communication session with the hub to prevent sabotage, spoofing, or data theft.

For complex radio signal conditions, the ReX Jeweller range extender boosts the range of all Ajax devices and manages their communication with the hub via Jeweller. And ReX 2 Jeweller assures stable communication even through steel and concrete via Ethernet using the wire as the additional communication channel. Up to 5 range extenders can operate within one Ajax system to expand the network twice as big, covering multistorey buildings with underground parking and basements.

System supervision
All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the hub. Essential parameters, including tamper, communication, power supply, and sensor statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the hub and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for CMSs, security companies, and users. In case of any malfunction or communication failure, an engineer is informed immediately to provide necessary services.

A vital element of the burglar alarm is an audible siren — a device that, with its signal, scares off the intruders or draws attention to interference. In this way, theft or damage to property can be prevented by using the alarm siren. One more important function of the siren is connecting an alert about triggering sensors (turning off gas or smoke) or about an alarm button pressing. Indoor and outdoor sirens

- Support of the two-way communication — all information about the operation of the security system will be available on the central security unit.

- The ability to connect an external LED — allows you to scare off the burglars (in case of detection, for example, at the front door) and always provides a clear understanding of whether the room is on alarm.
- The strength and appearance of the case — anti-vandal protection is crucial as well. Siren cases made of polycarbonate (plastic) or metal are considered durable. Such a coating is able to protect the body of the device from external factors and from intrusion.
The ability to choose the device's colour is not the last moment when choosing security devices, as is the type of security siren in the interior.
Wireless Ajax HomeSiren for alarm system
Ajax HomeSiren is intended for indoor installation. The complete set includes a siren, a mounting kit, a connector for connecting an external LED and the instruction. The indoor wireless siren is almost four times smaller than the outdoor one. The dimensions give more opportunities to hide it to make it as difficult as possible for the intruders to find and dismantle it. The Siren is also protected from unauthorized dismantling by tamper, which has already become a standard of the equipment line of Ajax Systems. When an attempt is made to disarm the siren, even if the system is not armed, the user receives a notification on the phone. To enable a wireless siren, the user needs to turn the rear panel of the siren fastening counterclockwise until it is free from the fasteners, open the panel and press the power button until a characteristic click sounds. In this case, the LED located in the upper right corner of the siren will blink green. External power connection is not provided. The wireless siren for the home is entirely ready to be connected to the security system right away. The Ajax HomeSiren connection is carried out in the same way as for other devices — through the Ajax application. The Ajax HomeSiren home siren has an adjustable sound level from 80 to 98 decibels. The colour of the wireless home siren can be black or white.- Siren alarm time — from 3 seconds to 3 minutes.
