Ajax Socket is a radio-controlled smart socket with a built-in energy meter. Structurally, it is an adapter socket-plug of the European type (Schuko type F), which allows you to control the power supply of devices with a total load of up to 2.5 kW. It is provided with protection against the counter of power consumption, an overload and an indication of the level of loading. Ajax is connected to the security system using a secure Jeweler radio protocol, with a communication range of up to 1000 meters in the absence of interference to the control panel. The operation of an intelligent outlet does not depend on the Wi-Fi signal in the room. Ajax Socket continues to work without a stable Internet. According to automation scenarios or at the user's command, the smart Ajax Socket switches on and off the power supply via the Ajax mobile application. With the help of Socket, you can control the equipment remotely: turn on and off the lights, start air conditioning and appliances. Socket protects the equipment from damage that causes power problems. The smart socket automatically switches on the power supply if the voltage drops or rises to a critical level if the device exceeds the proper current parameters or overheats. Notifications of all events are sent to security users via SMS or push messages to the owner's mobile phone. The intelligent socket for the Ajax Socket security system is easy to use: the colour LED indicates the load level, while the device consumes less than 1 W⋅h in standby mode. The Socket case is compact and does not cover adjacent slots in sockets, which allows the use of all connectors of the splitter or line filter. The so-called protection against children is provided — notable curtains close the sockets with contacts, blocking the access of foreign objects, and protecting the device from splashes and dust. Socket only works with the Ajax Hub and connects to the security system in a few steps in the Ajax application. Joining uartBridge or ocBridge is not supported.
